Our Services


Foodcheck®

Our comprehensive Food Safety Monitoring Program for food retailers. 24 hour, 7 days a week support. Quarterly food & environmental pathogen testing and twice a year audits to support proactive food safety in your kitchens and manufacturing.


Food Safety Training

We offer courses in food safety, HACCP, laboratory methods & operations, nutritional information panels & labelling, and allergen management. Other courses can be arranged to suit your needs and to fit your schedules.


HACCP Audits

We have trained and ExemplarGlobal certified HACCP auditors. We can audit your already in place HACCP plans as a further precautionary measure for your business’s safety.


Labelling & Nutritional Panels

We provide nutritional analysis of foods suitable for labelling to comply with the Australian Food Standards Code.  Our service includes ingredient lists and allergy declarations.


Nata Accredited Laboratory Services

We are a NATA Accredited Laboratory for testing food and environmental surfaces. We collect & transport samples making engagement with the laboratory as seamless and hassle-free as possible. Interpretation of laboratory results and support in managing food safety issues is also available.


Haccp Plans

Our HACCP plans are succinct, comprehensive and easy for food handlers to follow. We routinely liaise with your staff to ensure we are accurately reflecting your business practice. We provide advice where needed and seek workable solutions to issues that we find.
